1. The applicant must be of Libyan nationality.
2. Fill out the custom form listed on the platform.
3. Attach the required documents and samples of the applicant’s previous work (content).
4. Commitment to passing the prescribed courses.
5. Commitment to providing purposeful and committed content that is compatible with the system of local legislation and laws, does not conflict with the basic principles of journalistic and media work, and distances itself from disturbing information(false, misleading, and harmful), hate speech, and depravity.
6. Must have a means of receiving support (an active local mobile phone number, and a dedicated wallet).
